*Below is a photo from the day after my Triple Pelvic Osteotomy, a major surgery used to correct hip dysplasia by repositioning the hip socket. My recovery was long and challenging, but incorporating yoga into my routine made each step significantly easier. Yoga rebuilt my physical strength while also granting me the mental clarity and calm needed to overcome daily obstacles, transforming my healing process into a journey of resilience and renewal.
